ResolveFlow Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the ResolveFlow application made available by Your Debt Advisor.

1. What ResolveFlow does

ResolveFlow is a secure application used to collect and organise information about your circumstances, debts, income, expenditure, assets and supporting evidence. It helps the organisation reviewing your application understand your financial position.

2. ResolveFlow is not the final advice

Information displayed by the application may explain or identify debt solutions that could be relevant, but using ResolveFlow does not itself mean that a particular debt solution has been recommended, approved or accepted. A qualified adviser must review your circumstances before any final recommendation is made.

3. Information you provide

You agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and to update it where you become aware that something material is incorrect or has changed. You should not deliberately upload false, misleading, unlawful or unrelated material.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account. Tell the organisation operating your application promptly if you believe your account or email access has been compromised.

5. Documents and financial information

You may be asked to provide documents or other financial information to support your application. Providing a document does not mean it has been accepted or verified. An adviser may request clarification, replacement evidence or further information.

6. Credit information

A future version of the service may obtain credit information to help identify financial commitments. That feature will not rely on these general terms as a substitute for any specific notice, acknowledgement or permission required by the credit information provider or applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to interfere with the service, access another person's application, introduce malicious code, bypass security controls, use the service unlawfully, or use it for a purpose unrelated to a genuine application or authorised case review.

8. Availability and changes

Reasonable efforts are made to keep ResolveFlow available and secure, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. The service may be maintained, changed or temporarily suspended where necessary for security, reliability, legal or operational reasons.

9. Privacy

How personal information is collected and used is explained in the Privacy Notice. Accepting these terms is separate from acknowledging that privacy information.

10. Intellectual property

The ResolveFlow software, interface, branding and underlying materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. These terms give you permission to use the application for your application; they do not transfer ownership of the software or its content to you.

11. Ending access

Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, the integrity of an application, or to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. Records that must be retained for legal, regulatory, security or audit purposes may continue to be held after access ends.

12. Governing law

Unless the organisation operating the service specifies otherwise in its customer terms, these ResolveFlow application terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as ResolveFlow develops. Material changes will use a new version and, where appropriate, you may be asked to review the updated terms before continuing.
